Find the Ice Sculptures and explore them
Go back to Rafforty, down the north-eatern passage along the left wall, DON'T GO to the break in the ice barrier. When you’ve reached the bridge, turn your back to it and go to the left. Find the Ice Sculptures and explore them all.
Talk to Kier in the Frozen Labyrinth
Go back to Rafforty. From Ice Merchant Cabin go down the north-western passage along the left wall until you’ve reached the bridge. Cross the bridge, then turn to the left and walk a bit along the shore. Cross the river to the Frozen Labyrinth in the place where the shore turns into a small bay where you can safely go into the water. Go to the south to Kier.
Talk to Rafforty located near Ice Merchant Cabin
Talk to Rafforty once again, get your reward and access to Request of Ice Merchant quest
