How to fit a bathroom extractor fan with a timer. In this tutorial I give a step by step guide of how to fit, install and wire a bathroom extractor fan that is turned on and off using it's own independent switch. I explain the wiring required using simple electrical diagrams, I show how to wire the fan to a ceiling rose, I show how to wire a 3 pole fan isolation switch, I show how to wire the extractor fan and I show how to physically fit the fan. In this example I install an xpelair DX100T simply silent fan.
