Hello friends, मैं Dr. Supriya Puranik, IVF Consultant और Obstetrician Gynaecologist. आज मैं आपको एक ऐसी patient की कहानी बताने जा रही हूं, जिसमें IVF cycle fail होने के बाद भी उसने naturally conceive किया और आज वो दो बच्चियों की मां है।

ये case मेरे लिए भी बहुत खास था, क्योंकि इसमें हार मानने के बाद नहीं, बल्कि सही correction के बाद एक unexpected miracle हुआ, और वो भी scientifically explainable है।
ये patient 36 साल की हैं। वो और उनके husband, दोनों ही टीचर हैं। शादी को 13 साल हो चुके हैं।

पहली बार उन्होंने easily conceive किया और उन्हें एक प्यारी सी बेटी हुई, जो आज 11 साल की है।
दूसरी बार जब उन्होंने conceive किया, तो सब कुछ ठीक लग रहा था, लेकिन 6 महीने की pregnancy में fetal scan में पता चला कि baby में multiple anomalies हैं।

Baby में birth defects थे, इसलिए unfortunately pregnancy को terminate करना पड़ा।
उस traumatic experience के बाद उन्होंने 5 साल तक pregnancy की कोशिश की, लेकिन वो naturally conceive नहीं कर पाईं।

जब वो मेरे पास आईं, तब तक उन्होंने चार IUI cycles already करवाई थीं, लेकिन कोई success नहीं मिला।
अब उनका अगला logical step था IVF।

IVF Cycle की शुरुआत
हमने IVF process शुरू किया और ovum pick-up किया। लेकिन इस प्रक्रिया में हमने देखा कि उनकी egg quality satisfactory नहीं थी।
Embryos बने जरूर, लेकिन grade 2 embryos थे, यानी lower quality के।
हमने फिर भी embryos transfer किए, लेकिन unfortunately cycle fail हो गई।

Poor Ovarian Reserve और Uterine Factors
जब हमने जांच की, तो पाया कि उनकी AMH level काफी low थी, और egg quality भी decline हो रही थी।
साथ ही, past abortion की वजह से uterus में adhesions develop हो गए थे, जिससे implantation की chances और भी कम हो जाते हैं।
हमने फिर plan किया कि आगे IVF cycle के पहले कुछ corrective measures लिए जाएं:
Ovaries में हमने PRP injection दिया, जिससे egg quality improve हो सके
Uterus के अंदर जो adhesions थे, उन्हें release किया गया, जिससे endometrium की receptivity वापस आए

IVF से पहले… Natural Conception!
हमने उन्हें plan किया था कि 2 महीने बाद stimulation शुरू करेंगे और फिर से IVF attempt करेंगे।
लेकिन 2 महीने बाद जब वो follow-up के लिए आईं, वो missed period की complaint के साथ आईं।
हमने urine और blood test किया और वो naturally pregnant थीं।
ये एक बहुत pleasant surprise था, लेकिन इसका scientific explanation clear था:
PRP की वजह से egg quality में improvement हुआ
Uterine adhesions हटने से endometrium की receptivity बढ़ी
Body ने natural cycle में ही conceive करने का chance ले लिया, और successful हुआ
