Trying To Fix Ebay PS5

I bought a broken PS5 from eBay, which was listed as having no display, and fan does not appear to be spinning.
Upon arrival, the HDMI port is clearly bashed in. I hope there's no torn traces!
Also, is a fan replacement all that's needed?
Let's see if i can repair this.
