Here's the Early Access lyric video to my next release from the album, MMMBop by Hanson. These guys really inspired me as a kid. I still vividly remember my parents getting me their album with this song on it for Christmas (or it might have been my birthday, it's been a while), and taking me to see them as my first ever concert. Seeing kids just a few years older than me thriving as musicians with such an incredible song was really a special feeling and moved something in me.

Some backstory on the rendition:

One night a few years ago at my cabin retreat, when I was in the process of formulating the song list for this album, I was walking back from my neighbor's house through the woods and spontaneously heard this rendition of it in my head. This much slower, yet still rich and emotional take on it just flowed through me with such joy and excitement. And so I knew it was next up on the list.

A couple cool side notes:

The cover art photo was taken in my childhood home right as my parents finally sold it after about 30 years. It felt fitting for the subject matter of the song.

It turns out the only songwriters attributed to the song are the brothers themselves. Wise words coming from such young guys.
