오랜만에 브이로그예요
난 요즘 복싱을 시작했는데, 너무 재밌고 매력이 있는 운동인거 같아요
심박수 운동도 계속 하고있어요. 즐넘기와 점핑인데 정말 힘들고 숨차지만
그 결과 어제 Festival 무대에서 그 효과를 굉장히 많이 느꼈어요
유산소운동 그리고 달리기를 꾸준히 해야겠다는 생각이 들었습니다.
그리고 저의 생일 파티를 해 준 우리 팬미팅 현장이 담겨 있어요.
사랑이 넘치는 행복한 시간이었습니다.

Hi taeng taengs!!!!
It’s been a while since I uploaded a vlog.
Recently, I started boxing, and it’s such a fun and captivating sport.
I’m also continuing my heart rate exercises, like jump rope and jumping.
It’s really tough and exhausting, but I really felt the effects during my performance on stage at the festival yesterday.
It made me realize that I should keep up with my cardio and running.
Also, my birthday party, which my fans held for me at the fan meeting, is included in this vlog.
It was a time filled with love and happiness.
