Its Winter here in Auckland, New Zealand with frosts already here. We have about 18 chilli plants in a raised bed that ideally, we would be able to keep growing through the season so we don't have to start over come Spring, so we built this hoop house with hinges to see if we could keep these guys warm and producing over the frosty months.

Watch Tom and I build and install it in our square foot garden.
