Erectile Implant Realities - A Personal Update At 5 Years Post Final Stage Phalloplasty

It's been 5 years since I had the erectile implant device fitted in the final stage of my phalloplasty surgery. In this video, I discuss the wear and tear as the pump device ages, some issues I'm having with the inflation of the device, how the implant has changed the sensation I experience, and how I feel about having mechanical genitalia.
