Welcome to this 20-minute full-body Christian yoga flow! We’ll awaken, stretch, and strengthen the muscles of neck, shoulders, side, body, hamstrings, and hips.
Our scriptural focus comes Colossians 3:2 (NIV), “Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.” We’ll dive into this also referencing John 14:27, “Not as the world gives do I give.” and Colossians 3:12-15, “...clothe yourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others. Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony. And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful.”
