Ingredients: (7-8 jumbo muffins)
113 g (½ cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
100 g (½ cup) granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
224 g (1¾ cup) all-purpose flour
8 g (2 tsp) baking powder
3 g (½ tsp) table salt
120 g (½ cup) plain yogurt
180 g (6 ounces) fresh or frozen strawberries (don't thaw)
85 g (½ cup) white chocolate chips
