Today, we demonstrated the Easty PRS fully automatic roll-to-sheet cutter, showcasing its ability to laminate double-sided adhesive foam. The adhesive is mounted on top and secured using limit clamps on both sides. Once the sides are fixed, the material doesn’t move laterally during the lamination process.
Let’s take a look at the large roll of material, which is not perfectly wound and has about a 1 cm deviation. This slight imperfection may affect the lamination. The machine is controlled by a computer program, making it easy to operate. You can set the desired cut length simply by pressing the length button, with precision down to 0.1 mm. We set it to 1450 mm, and after pressing the input button, it’s ready to go. You can also adjust the speed and set the cutting quantity before starting the automatic lamination, feeding, and cutting processes. Since this material is relatively soft, we can make slight adjustments as it is conveyed. We also offer an option to upgrade with a robotic arm, enhancing efficiency. We can now check the lamination quality, which shows no bubbles and is very flat. After passing through the roller limit, pressing down helps eliminate air, resulting in a high-quality finish. Let’s pause briefly by pressing the red button to measure the cutting dimensions for accuracy. Using a ruler, we confirm it measures 1450 mm, which is very standard.
