Roasted Fox Nuts/Makhana(भुने हुए मखाना) - 1 Cup
Cashew Nuts(काजू) - 1/4 Cup
Dates(खजूर) - 10-12 Piece
Milk(दूध) - 3 Spoon
Pistachio(पिस्ता) - For Garnishing

Milk(दूध) - 300 ml
Soaked Fig(भीगी हुई अंजीर) - 2
Apricot(खुबानी) - 2
Almonds(बादाम) - 4-5
Cashew Nuts(काजू) - 2 Spoon
Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - Some
Pistachios (पिस्ते) - Some
Saffron(केसर) - Some
Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) - 1 Spoon
Makhana Powder(मखाना पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 1 Pinch
Pistachios (पिस्ते) - For Garnishing
Saffron(केसर) - For Garnishing

Sweet Potato(शकरकंद) - 4
Water(पानी) - 4 Tbsp
Jaggery(गुड़) - 2 Spoon
Cashew Nuts(काजू) - Some
Ghee(घी) - 1 Tsp
Grated Khoya/Mava(कद्दूकस खोया/मावा) - Some
Pistachios(पिस्ते) - For Garnishing

Watermelon Seeds(तरबूज के बीज) - 1/4 Cup
Blueberry(ब्लूबेरी) - 1/4 Cup
Watermelon Seeds(तरबूज के बीज) - For Garnishing

Pumpkin Seeds(कद्दू के बीज) - 1/4 Cup
Raisins (किशमिश) - 1/4 Cup
Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - Some
Milk(दूध) - Some
Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) - For Garnishing
Recipe No.6
Dry Roasted Walnuts(सूखे भुने अखरोट) - 1 Cup
Ghee(घी) - 1 Spoon
Jaggery(गुड़) - 1/2 Cup
Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 1 Pinch
Chili Flakes(चिल्ली फलैक्स) - 1+1/2 Spoon
Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1 Spoon
✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
For Recipe 1:
Take some Dates & take out their seeds in a mixer jar add Makhana & Grind it Makhana. in the same way take Cashews in the mixer jar and grind it. then sieved it. then dates, Makhana Cashew grind it well. take them out on a plate then bind them with the help of milk. then Make a laddu and garnish with makhana powder.
For Recipe 2:
Keep the heavy bottom pan on the flame & put some Water & Milk in it & keep it boiling then Add Baking Soda & cook & stirring. then add chopped Soaked Fig, Apricot, Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Makhana Powder, Saffron, and Cardamom Powder in it & cook it well. then take them out on a Bowl. garnish with Saffron.
For Recipe 3:
Take a Sweet Potato to wash it & peel them. then cut it into pees and then boiled it. then in a pan add boiled sweet Potato, and Jaggery mix it well and add Cashews in it. then take them out on a Bowl. add Ghee in it & Garnish with Grated Mawa, Pistachios.
For Recipe 4:
Take a pan, add Watermelon Seeds roast it well. then in a mixer jar add Blueberry, Roasted Watermelon Seeds grind them well then make a laddoo. and garnish with Watermelon Seeds.
For Recipe 5:
Add Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, Raisins, and Cardamom Powder in a mixer jar and grind it well. take them out on a plate then bind them with the help of milk. then Make a laddu and garnish with Desiccated Coconut.
For Recipe 6:
In a pan, add Ghee Jaggery and mix it. then add Baking Soda & cook & stir. Then add Chili Flakes, Dry Roasted Walnuts, and Chat Masala and mix it well. take them out on a plate and separate all Walnuts. so in this way recipe is Ready to Serve.
