We will first check out Mad Mad Vegan and try some tacos, tequenos, and cauliflower wings (the last dish not Spanish or Latin, but it is an international vegan restaurant serving many delicious cusines). We will then head to Los Andenes, a vegan Peruvian restaurant for some vegan Peruvian food. We will try a vegan tamal and a vegan ceviche from mushrooms. Next, we'll head over to Scissors Sistah and have some mango ceviche and empanadas. Afterwards we'll continue the adventure over to Vega and have some croquettes and vegan Spanish rice with vegan squid. We will then venture to Santa y Pura, a vegan tapas bar and have a Spanish charcuterie board with vegan cheese and vegan sausage. Lastly, we'll have some tacos at La Emcomienda.
