No cheats or anything special needed - I just used one to reset cops. NOT NECESSARY.

A little trick to get the police to take care of themselves. Just park your driver's side door on any tall freeway gap, get yourself one or more stars and enjoy. This works because they can only arrest you from your driver's side door, which is off the edge.

Again, I only used the Wanted Level Up cheat to speed things up for the video. And don't forget to throw grenades at the cars below (example @2:25)

PS: The spot I chose is the very south-west section of curved freeway (on the pause menu map). There are lots of gaps on this stretch.
