New JL Aluminum Front Bumper from Next Venture Motorsports. On this video we install a new aluminum front bumper on my 2018 JL Wrangler. This is the Next Venture Motorsports aluminum front bumper for the JL or JT Gladiator. I got mine with the optional winch hoop which is a new option and I’m glad I did. This bumper looks great and saves us about 30 lbs. of weight hanging off the front bumper. It also provides us a ton more clearance so we won’t be tearing up my BFG tires anymore. The install was pretty easy we only had a couple of alterations we had to make but after reaching out to Next Venture Motorsports they informed us that they redesigned the bolt holes to ease in installation. It’s always nice to see companies improving design to help the customers experience! Also you will want to install the two bumper pieces off the Jeep first as this will avoid the grinding I had to do on the bumper mounts. I did decide to leave my aluminum bumper unpainted so I did go ahead and coat it with Sharkhide clear coat per Next Venture’s recommendation.
