Butter 75g (⅓ cup)
Sugar 125g (½ cup, 2 tablespoons)
1 Egg
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Pumpkin Puree/ mashed pumpkin 125g (½ cup)
Plain Yogurt 60g (¼ cup)
Plain Flour 150g (1 cup)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda ⅓ teaspoon
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Pumpkin Spice 2 teaspoons
Chopped Pecans 50g (⅓ cup)

Simple Caramel Sauce:
Sugar 75g (¼ cup, 2 tablespoons)
Butter 15g (1 tablespoon)
Heavy cream / Double cream 80ml (⅓ cup)

Few more Pecans for decorating

Measuring Cup size - 240ml
Baking pan inch 20x20 (8x8 inch)

Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 25-30 minutes
