REBALANCE DISASTER (OSRS)

I am all for the Runescape getting constant updates and rebalances to older content to make it more tolerable for new coming players and QoL changes for those who've been around, but these changes are just...DUMB. There are a few great ones in here, don't get me wrong. Changes to the loot tables and Soulreaper Axe are things the community have been voicing concerns about since release. After months of Reddit and community outrage about the Voidwaker nerf, they are still pushing the idea of making it completely useless, yes USELESS, the accuracy does not beat out Dragon Claw spec anywhere. The reason you use VW is because defenses are too high for other spec weapons, for guaranteed hits. Reducing Occult damage to implement future jewelry is fine, but moving it to gear vs just Augury is a nerf to mid game, and nerfs armor set ups that require 4-5 switches, vs full 8 way mage. This hurts Sang set ups, and because Shadow doesn't work with Augury, it's nerfed.

The loot changes and Solo ToB/Monkey room changes, great, keep doing changes like that.
