𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣𝙨 𝘽𝙞𝙧𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙞:
𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣:
Prawns- 500gms after shelled
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
Juice of 1/2 Lime.
𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙃𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙥𝙙:
Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
Cloves- 6
Cardamoms-5
Peppercorns-20
Cinnamon sticks- 4 small pcs
Spicy Chilli pd- 1 tsp( can add 2 tsps instead of 1 if you like spice)
Turmeric pd- 1/4 tsp
𝙊𝙞𝙡- 1 𝙏𝙗𝙨𝙥 ( 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙧𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣𝙨)
𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙞𝙧𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙞:
Oil- 1 Tblsp
Ghee- 2 Tblsp
Green Coriander- 1 Cup chopped
Onions- 4 ( 250 gms)
Tomatoes- 3 to 4 ( 250 gms)
Ginger garlic paste- 2 Tbsp
Prawns Stock- 5 Cups
Basmati Rice- 500 gms
Mint leaves few ( Optional)
Chopped green Coriander for garnishing.
Ghee 1 tsp ( optional)
𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣𝙨 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙘𝙠:
Heads of prawns
Oil- 1+1/2Tblsp
Water- 7 Cups

Red chutney to go with the Biryani:
𝙍𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙪𝙩𝙣𝙚𝙮:
Tomatoes- 2
Garlic big cloves - 3
Dry red chillies- 3
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp and taste & adjust the salt.
Grind the ingredients for the chutney together and serve with this Prawn biryani.
