¾ oz lime juice (22.5 ml)
¾ oz orange juice (22.5 ml)
½ oz grapefruit juice (15 ml)
¼ oz cinnamon syrup (7.5 ml)
½ oz honey syrup (15 ml)
½ oz passion fruit syrup (15 ml)
1 ½ oz Plantation Xymaca (45 ml)
½ oz Plantation OFTD (15 ml)

Rongorongo

1 dash Angostura bitters
¾ SC cinnamon syrup (22.5 ml)
¾ pineapple juice (22.5 ml)
1 oz lime juice (30 ml)
¾ Plantation Pineapple (22.5 ml)
¾ Aged Jamaican Rum (22.5 ml)
¾ Plantation OFTD rum (22.5 ml)

Permanent Holiday Cocktail

½ oz lime juice (15 ml)
½ oz passion fruit syrup (15 ml)
1 oz grapefruit juice (30 ml)
½ oz Licor 43 (15 ml)
1 oz Averna (30 ml)
1 oz Bourbon (30 ml)

Tropical Standard Navy Grog

5 drops of saline solution
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 oz acid-adjusted grapefruit juice* **
¾ oz grog concentrate
1 teaspoon St. Elizabeth all-spice dram
¾ oz Hamilton 86
¾ oz Appleton Estate 12
¾ oz Barbancourt White

Grog Concentrate
355 mL of Coca-Cola
21 grams of allspice berries
572 grams of white sugar

Acid Adjusted Grapefruit Juice
100 ML of grapefruit juice
4 grams of citric acid

** I used 4 ML of my Acid Adjusting solution, which is not identical to the batch adjusting since my solution has malic acid, but it's close. You could also use 4 ML of the lemon solution to be more accurate
