NEVADA | Cathedral Gorge State Park: overview of what to see | 4K travel video

Welcome to NEVADA for a new 4K travel video! CATHEDRAL GORGE STATE PARK is located 2h30 Northeast of Las Vegas, NV. This small and little-known park features spires of clay, called Panaca formation, shaped by millions of years of geologic history.

• BEST THINGS TO DO AND SEE AT CATHEDRAL GORGE SP NEVADA: The main activity there is to walk around. We spent about 3h there, exploring the caves in the Southern part of the park where the air is cooler and enjoying the view from the Miller Point in the Northern part. We visited in the late morning but I'm pretty sure it's even more beautiful at sunrise or sunset. I think it's also a great Nevada state park to have a picnic and bring the kids to play around. The only disadvantage of Cathedral Gorge State Park is that it's pretty small and far away from other areas of interest.
