In this video, the Franchisologist Melissa Lewis (https://franchisologist.com/) talks about what it's like to be in change and transition regarding career.

It's the end of the year, which, unfortunately, is when many companies do layoffs. So, many people find themselves in transition this time of year, which can feel very scary and confusing.

Here are my two pieces of advice for these people:

1) View this transition as a nudge towards bigger and better things. You had outgrown your old circumstances and needed a push forward.

2) Don't see change as something "worse". When I reflect back on changes in my own life, I've personally found that change tends to be better. Adopt this positive attitude towards change and embrace the possibilities and opportunities that await you!
