So basically the short AU explanation is that Dabi doesn’t blame his mother for anything that happened to him, he only blames Endeavor and also Shoto a little. The only one who knows that he is Touya is Hawks btw. The reason why Deku is there is because i needed to even out the numbers so i could make teams of 2. The reason i chose Deku is because i didn’t really know who to choose 😅 i could have picked Toga, but I didn’t really feel like adding her. I could have added Bakugo but his personality is just a little too much and I didn’t really feel like doing that either, so I settled for Deku as he has a pretty easy to manage personality and I figured he’d be atleast little analytical in this type of situation.

Now, the reason the teams are this way is actually a little random. I made them based on characters i didnt want to have on the same team. For example: I didn’t want Hawks and Shigaraki on the same team because they are the ones who would seemingly know the most about Dabi (before revealing his identity), i also feel like Natsuo and Shoto would refuse to let their mother team up with both Shigaraki and Endeavor. I felt that only Deku and Fuyumi would be willing to team up with Endeavor without putting up a fight, so i figured Endeavor would go with Fuyumi. Now, I could have put Hawks and Deku on thr same team, but i felt like Shoto just fit a little more in. I didn’t really take the time to thoroughly think it through, so yeah.. a little random-
