It featured the hit single "Cult of Personality," which won a Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock Performance in 1990. The album's success was partly due to its innovative sound and the band's willingness to address racial and social issues.

Reunion and Later Career: Living Colour reunited in 2000 and has since released several more albums, including "Collideøscope" in 2003, "The Chair in the Doorway" in 2017, and "Shade" in 2022. Their later work has seen them continue to evolve their sound while maintaining their signature style.
