Genshin Impact/All-Conquering Tide (Dragonspine Battle Theme) FULL Piano Arrangement

Firstly, Happy New Year everyone! It's a difficult for everyone in the world and we all hope 2021 will be a better year.

2020 was a special year for me where my Youtube Channel hits 10K Subscribers. I actually never really tried to manage this channel properly. It was more like I own this channel to upload my videos instead of running it. In the past 10 years (Since 2010 guess?), I have being playing a lot of pieces from different genres all the time, which are quite random.

Even tho I wasn't trying hard to manage this channel, I do take my video quality seriously. I updated my equipment from digital camera to Zoom Q2HDE for sound quality and update again to ZOOM H5. Two years ago, I bought gopro6 Black for better video quality.

At the beginning of this year, my youtube was around 2k or 2.5k？subscribers gained from past 10 years which I believe lots of subscribers aren't even using the same account or watching my channel anymore (zombie account?).

Due to Covic-19, I have more time at home which I decided to be more productive to develop Bilibili Channel and Youtube Channel. I started to use a pair of Mic for my Grand Piano and bought a new Digital Piano for Piano Visualizer Effect, all for better videos.

Surprisedly Final Fantasy VII series went very popular on Youtube due to the release of the VII REMAKE, which helps me gained 3k subscribers within few months. (P.S: For those who clicked in for OST of the REMAKE version, I didn't mean to input the title with remake because I thought it would be the same)

Recent monnths, my channel grows a lot again because of the Genshin Impact. The music from Genshin Impact are truly amazing and I'm quite addicted to the game itself as well. This is the first time I actually felt I can run this channel properly. I've been playing a lot of anime pieces in the past which I think it wasn't getting much attention. It's probably because it has too many good anime pianists. Or it's probably because I always play arrangements from others. (Guess not many people would like to watch the 2nd person playing the same arrangements? LOL.)

So I only started to arrange sth by myself this year. It still needs a lot of improvements. Thank everyone who came, stayed and subscribed my Channel. This really motivated me a lot when I see it hits 10k. (Where my Bilibili hits 25K yesterday :D )

Anyway, today I upload this Dragonspine Battle Music as my last work of 2020. (I changed the premier from 31st to 2021 Jan 1st, I think everyone will be outside or spending time with family :) Hope you enjoying this last day of 2020). I almost spent every night working on this arrangements. One interesting point of this battle music is the harmonic progression. It has lots of unexpected harmony which took me quite awhile to keep trying to figure out. (Tho I still believe there's one chord doesnt sound right in my arrangement) Second thing is the choice of the instruments to put in my arrangements. The first time in a minor isn't hard to arrange but the 2nd time back to C minor, I was so struggling to choose strings to arrange or the flute-like line. To make it contrasting, I decide to get rid of the strings sections and use the flute as the main melody.

It's interesting that Yu-Peng Chen composed the early string sections with 211221 pattern and later changed to 211211 (which is much easier to play!!). To keep it same from original, I followed exactly the same which increases the difficulty of performance.
