This big size cnc router is a 4 Axis CNC router machine with auto tool changer, designed for 3d cnc foam cutting. High Z axis for big block work piece processing. BT40 ATC spindle can hold 32mm diameter, 350mm length cutters. 4 axis working at the same time, great for 3D foam carving, rotary mould making.

3D Foam Cutting Machine Features:
1. The 3d foam cutter with high Z axis, X Y Z axis effective working area is 2500*4000*1700mm. Rotary Diameter: 1500mm, Rotary length: 3000mm.
2. The 3D foam sculpture machine is too big, so the rigidity of the structure of the lathe bed should be strengthened. Also the lathe bed is disassembled.
3. The steel square tube we used for the machine is 8mm thickness.
4. The rack and pinion system for the machine is inclined teeth. The backlash is 2.0 moduli.
5. Every servo motor is equipped with Taiwan reducer. Every big machine had better have reducer.
6. The guide rail for the CNC router 3 D molder machine is 30mm Taiwan HIWIN orbits. There are 3 guide rails for X axis. And Z axis has 6 slide blocks.
7. In order to make the heat dissipation well, we use heat exchanger in the control box.
8. As to the Servo motors, we would like to use 2.0kw servo motors for all axes of the machine. It is better than 1.3kw servo motor.
9. As to big machine, we had better use Syntec control system to operate the machine. It can control the machine well. Not appear undercutting problem.
10. The ball screw for the machine is 3205; 32mm diameter, 5 mm lead.
11. 7.5kw water cooled spindle with auto tool change function, use BT40 tool holder can hold maximum 350mm length cutters, and ATC is convenient when exchange the tool.
12. High temperature tempering treatment and vibrating stress relief (VSR) lathe bed.
13. Two motors for Y axis, one for each side of the bridge.
14. X Y axis adopts inclined rack and gear, by rack and pinion transmission; Z axis adopts balls-screw, by ball-screw transmission.
15. The ball nut and guide linear are lubricated by the central lube system.
16. Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure.
17. Has the function of forecasting process time.
