BEST EXERCISES to gain mass on legs (thicker thighs workout) | weight gain exercise
Hey guys, here is my current gain mass on legs wokrout for you to test and try for yourself. I have been wanting to gain a little more mass on my thighs which is why I have been doing some quad fcoused leg wokrout to grow my skinny legs and this weight gain workout includes most of the exercise that I do to grow my legs. Ofcourse form takes priority and then comes porgressive overloading. I have been doing box squats to work on increasing my squat strength as well so do see the demonstration of that in this video. I have also shared my high calorie weight gain meal as well which was also my post workout meal followed by my whey protein which is an absolute must to complete my protein intake.
