Bhatura dough :-
550 grams all purpose flour (maida)
3 tablespoons of semolina (Suji)
5 tablespoons of plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
Quarter teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Warm water for kneading dough
Chana (chic peas):-
Dry masala
3 dry red whole chillies
1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
2 tablespoons of coriander seeds
1 teaspoon of black pepper corns
2 black cardamom
Half teaspoon of fennel and carom seeds
Roast little bit as shown here n video and grind it…
Soak 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds in hot boiled water for an hour or so
2 inches of ginger
Some salt and chilli powder according to your taste..
2 medium roughly chopped onions 🧅
1 large tomato
Chopped fresh coriander
Follow the process as shown in video..
