Morning Routine of Desert Women || Cooking Traditional Breakfast || Pakistan Village Life

The famous, Traditional and full of energy breakfast Special Dish butter paratha with desi or organic sugar in cholistan desert and Punjab villages, in this video a old women making butter from curd or yogurt by using hand driven wooden blender, locally called "Madhani" and process of separating butter from yogurt is called " Khirka " (in Saraiki ) and "Rirka" or "Rirkna" in Punjabi language.
They have dozens of cow and they sales cow milk for livelihood . they also makes yogurt from milk and then separate butter as you seen in video, then they use it to make pure desi ghee and also used for cooking.
organic sugar that is also a form of jaggery , locally called "shukker" also makes delicious combination with fresh butter when you put on hot Paratha,
"Lassi" (blend of yogurt) is remains without fats but full of vitamin C and water+ SNFs (solid non fat). this breakfast is more than 3500 calories but these peoples work with high physical efforts. so they can digest.
they make roti on mud oven " tandoor" for lunch and eat with vegetable, egg or chicken. they also arrange wood for cooking from desert.
men daily went outside of house with their animal grazing and return back in evening , mostly they carried their lunch box and water with them if they can not return in lunch time. women responsible for cooking and take care of children's at home.
