This is How you can make perfect Polenta quick and easy recipe it is called mamaliga reteta in Romanian.

In this video, I will show you how to make polenta which is very easy and only takes a few minutes to make and you can serve it with any main dish you like.
Soft Polenta: Cornmeal - 400g; Water - 1.6L; Salt - 1tsp ; Butter or olive oil - 1tbsp
Medium Polenta: Cornmeal - 400g; Water - 1.5L; Salt - 1tsp; Butter or olive oil - 1tbsp
Water - 1.6L
Stiff Polenta (in this video): Cornmeal - 500g; Water - 1.5L; Salt - 1tsp; Butter or olive oil - 1tbsp
To make it start with some boiling water, Water ratio for polenta is usually use 4 times of water to cornmeal but I always do 3-time water to cornmeal and it gives a nice sturdy #polenta. First Add some salt for taste. Then simply add the conn mill In the water. In my recipe, we are cooking half a kilo which is half of this packet. Remember to stir it vigorously while pouring the #cornmeal and then let it cook for 15 minutes in slow heat. Just stir occasionally so it cooks evenly. Towards the end add some butter or olive oil Then give it a good mix and let it sit on the pan on high heat for 30 seconds . High heat forms a nice crust at the bottom and comes off the pan very easily. That’s it than just simply take it out of the pan and as you can see how sturdy this polenta is. If you want a thinner version of polenta just choose the different water ratio from the description. By the way, if you are wondering what I am serving with, its is a vegetable healthier than spinach or broccoli, and it’s free and if you wanna know more it will be in this link    • How to cook Nettles | Tasty Vegan Net...  .
