In the field, your crew can also start with this template seen at the 00:25 mark of the video or from scratch and begin going over the JHA, JSA or AHA. Once the crew lead has selected the task, they will walk through the JHA and make sure that all the PPE, primary hazards, steps, hazards, and controls, and tools, and equipment are correct. As seen at the 00:55 mark of the video, by tapping the Send button HCSS Safety will prompt them to hold a safety meeting over the JHA that can be mined in the manager system.
