Today we are going to travel from Janakpur to Dhanush Dham. Dhanush Dham is 18 km from Janakpur . When lord Rama broke the bow, it was shattered into parts and fell on the different parts of the world. One of the parts of the then Yuga, is believed to have fallen on Dhanushadham. The temple was created around the area and kept sacred. Every year Makar Sankrati is celebrated with unlimited joy in the Dhanushadham temple. The pilgrims and local devotees offer their prayers to the temple.

After Dhanush Dham we are going to visit the Durbar Square in Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur Durbar Square is a UNESCO World Heritage site in Nepal. It is one of the three Royal Squares in the Kathmandu Valley, and was the seat of power for the ancient Kingdom of Bhaktapur. The square is surrounded by temples and palaces, and is a popular tourist destination. Bhaktapur city is 15 km approx.. away from the Katmandu City.
