I discussed the various ways in which we can have good mental health during the quarantine especially for children with expert Mrs Suchitra Narayan ( NIMHANS trained special educator and consultant).
She is training students who are specially challenged to lead a normal life for the past 35 years in Kerala and south of India. She is also helping people to recover from trauma children and adults, her notable works include providing traumatic recovery for individuals after Kerala Floods.
Her organisation is in Kochi named Sanskriti.
