Tina tells Viki about the job in Milan. Viki admits she has unresolved feelings for Roger. Tina tries to distract her by taking Viki up to Llantano Mountain to see the future site of her and Cord’s dream home. Max arrives at the airport as security guards try to remove Megan from the terminal. He tells the gate agent that he saw flames coming out of the plane, and she informs the captain who taxis back to the gate and evacuates the plane. Max tries to convince Gabrielle to stay and work out a shared custody agreement, but she refuses. As the plane is about to re-board, Herb and a federal agent show up to question Gabrielle about her passport. She surrenders the forged passports and the agent takes her into custody after she reluctantly hands Al over to Max.

Clint tells Asa he’s worried about Viki’s relationship with Roger. Renee is dining at the Waterside Inn when Austin arrives insisting he needs to speak to her. He says he appreciates that she came all the way to Texas to pay her respects to his mother. Austin tells Renee that Asa’s account of the man he killed is accurate and that he didn’t kill the foreman in self defense. Later, Renee brings Austin back to see Asa, but Asa seems less than happy to see his nephew. Asa throws Austin out and argues with Renee before storming off. In anger, she throws a stool at the wall, knocking a pillar loose. Renee stumbles and a wooden falls on her back. Roger and Megan meet on Llantano Mountain and tells her the story of how he met Viki. Megan tells Roger she forgives him for On Llantano Mountain, Viki remembers the kiss she and Roger shared in Eterna. Lost in her thoughts, she hears Roger and Megan talking nearby. Viki watches unseen by father and daughter as Megan asks Roger whether he still loves Viki. He admits that he is still in love with Viki.
