Kondapalli fort or Kondapalli kota is located in the Krishna district near Vijayawada. Vijayawada is the second largest city of Andhra Pradesh. This fort was built in 14th Century CE using granite stones and lime mortar. The fort is located to the west of Vijayawada city in the Kondapalli hill range. you have to travel through the ghat roads to reach Kondapalli kota. Kondapalli is famous for its exclusive manufacture of the famous Kondapalli toys or Kondapalli bommalu.
