Em 2017, integrou a lista dos 50 futuros líderes LGBT do mundo, publicada pelo jornal britânico Financial Times, e ficou entre os 100 finalistas do concurso RAHM, que reconhece os novos líderes LGBT globais, na Alemanha. Filipe fala sobre como atravessar as fronteiras do preconceito e de seus privilégios sociais o ajudaram a compreender a importância da inclusão para as pessoas, as empresas e o mundo. In 2017, he joined the list of the 50 future LGBT leaders in the world, published by the British newspaper Financial Times, and was among the 100 finalists of the RAHM contest, which recognizes the new global LGBT leaders in Germany. Filipe talks about how to cross the frontiers of prejudice and his social privileges helped him to understand the importance of inclusion for people, companies and the world.
