Ingredients:
For bhature:
1/2 kg all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp ghee/oil
400 to 500 ml water
Oil for frying

For cooking chickpeas:
250 g chickpeas
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Required water

For chole masala:
1/2 cup oil
2 onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1.5 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 cup fresh curd
Required salt
Required water
Small piece of mace
3 clove
Small piece of nutmeg
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
