Improve process efficiency and excellence with the new Process Flow Insights. Our experience shows that customer’s do not always know where the biggest problems are in a process. Process Flow Insights provides visualizations of pre-defined process flows based on real customer system data. The visualization comprises process completion and lead / cycle time data. Additional context information of common process leakages and weak points is provided.
