The fully automatic CQT4-15 Cement brick making machine comes equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) that offers intelligent control.

The machine's control system boasts SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLCs, along with a production program, fault diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is equipped with a basic face-mix device, enabling the creation of double-layer paving stones by simply swapping out the mold.


Advanced Vibration System
The robust hang vibration table can endure intense vibrations without suffering damage or cracks. Mounted on rubber springs, the table significantly reduces noise by around 10-15 decibels and prevents machine damage.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure the superior quality and density of concrete products.
