Something I failed to mention in the video is how long I will ferment this. At the end of the video I show the ferment after 6 days at room temperature. I will leave this jar at room temperature until it’s gone. I will check it almost everyday, if I start to smell a hint of booziness I will move it to my fridge to slow down fermentation.
