300 ml thickened cream / heavy cream
2 tbsp strawberry jam
3 tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence

Matchsticks are a beloved family favourite! Super simple to make, they remind us of vanilla slice - but even easier!

Perfect as an emergency dessert when friends or family drop in, or those nights when you want a little sweet treat with minimal effort. They’re also a great way to use up leftover puff pastry from other dishes like sausage rolls or party pies.
