In this short movie the real estate opportunities in South-Limburg are shown and specifically the opportunities in Parkstad Limburg, Maastricht and Sittard-Geleen.

Parkstad Limburg: Maankwartier in Heerlen and Center Court in Kerkrade. The Maankwartier: an investment of 180 million euro and it offers functions such as Maanhotel (wellness, restaurant and meeting facilities) and 112 residences and apartments to develop, supermarkets, office space and parkingspace. It is a connection between Heerlen-South and Heerlen North and is situated over the new main railway station.
Center Court in Kerkard is a 40.000 m2 development of a cluster for education, healthcare and leisure. It offers an outdoor sportcourt, indoor sportarena, 40 carehomes, 80 studenthouses, a test- and revalidationcenter and a living lab for students and scientists. The focus lies on healthy living and a green environment.

Maastricht: Sphinx Quarter and Mijn Groene Loper. Sphinx Quarter in Maastricht: Monumental industrial real estate within walking distance from the historical inner city.
