London Walking tour - queue to Queen lying in state - Tower bridge

Описание к видео London Walking tour - queue to Queen lying in state - Tower bridge

Walking from Tower Bridge in London at dusk, following the Long queue of mounters waiting to see where The Queen is lying-in-state at Westminster Hall. The 5.5km queue of people waiting to pay their respects to Her Majesty The Queen Elizabeth II, starts at Southwark park However I walked along side it from Tower Bridge to Tate modern.

Tower Bridge is lit up in purple in memory of the late Queen.

It was a beautiful late afternoon, just as the sun as was setting at 6:30pm on 17 September 2022.

Notable Sights seen along the way following the queue of mourners: South Bank, Tate Modern with illuminated sculpture by artist Es Devlin, Millennium Bridge across the River Thames to St Paul’s Cathedral, Shakespeare's Globe, Anchor Bankside, The Clink Prison Museum, Golden Hinde, The Shard with purple tip, Southwark Cathedral, City of London Towers, London Bridge Station, Hay’s Galleria, HMS Belfast and Tower Bridge.
