In this video I take a look at the Pulsar Text Editor which is a continuation of the Atom Text Editor and a great alternative to VS Code. I'll take you through a brief introduction to the editor including looking at the command palette, ctrl-p to find files, and taking a look through the settings.

I'll show you where to go to install packages and a few packages that I've already installed. I'll also show you how to change themes to make the editor look and feel exactly how you like it. If you've had experience with Atom, you'll be right at home with this editor. While VS Code is a great editor, don't feel as if you have to use VS Code. The Pulsar Text Editor continues the legacy of the Atom text editor, an editor which offered stiff competition to VS Code.
