EuSurplus sold a 7i76E board to UK.
Client complained to paypal that the box was received empty. I have no way to tell that the client received the board, I only have sure that the transported box by DHL matches the weight that I have declared when it was shipped. So DHL transported the board, but there is not way to tell that the box was unopened until the client. DHL should be a safe transport company, and after contacting them no issue with the deliver was recorded.

Paypal solved the claim this way:
Client should sent back the merchandise, provide a tracking number, and the refund will be made.
Client sent a empty box, and I was ready to film it.

I film the item delivery with 3 different cameras: A fixed one, a android phone and a sports camera, that most of the time was fixed.
