Method one:
1. Press and hold: Volume Up + Volume Down + Power On buttons.
2. When you feel vibration release only the Power button.
3. In Android System Recovery menu use the Volume down key for navigation and the Volume Up for confirmation.
4. Select one by one:
• wipe data/factory reset
• Yes--delete all user data
• reset system now

Method two:
1. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power On keys.
2. When you feel release only the Power button. Now your device is in Factory mode.
3. Use the Volume Up/Down keys for movement and the Power key for select.
4. Select ¶§ eMMC (Clean eMMC)
