Amidst accelerating advancements in AI and growing disparities in digital access, the World Internet Conference (WIC) is going to convene a multidisciplinary coalition—including members of WIC Specialized Committee on AI, delegates from International standards bodies, and thought leaders from AI enterprises and academic institutions—to launch a strategic dialogue on responsible AI governance during the ITU AI for Good Global Summit. This initiative seeks to crystallize actionable frameworks for ethical AI development while fostering international alignment on safeguarding human-centric values in technological progress. Through collaborative foresight and multilateral cooperation, the workshop aims to advance AI systems that prioritize societal well-being, bridge technological inequities, and amplify humanity’s collective potential.
