The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 250000.00 substantiated by immediate past Audit Reports or credit line(s), substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format as per Tender Notice, without alteration, issued not earlier than Fourteen/ Twenty One/ Twenty Eight (14/21/28) days prior to the day of the orginal deadline for submission of tenders.
Tenderer must submit the Letter of Commitment for Banks undertaking for Line of Credit from any Schedule Bank of Bangladesh. Any change in the uploaded Form will not be considered. Form has been attached in Section-7 (General Specification).
Strictly, Credit Commitment substantiated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7), without alteration, issued not earlier than Fourteen/ Twenty One/ Twenty Eight (14/21/28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of this Tender, will be accepted. Line of Credit form (PW3-7) has been uploaded in section-7 of the tender document.

Contract period: 18 months
Assuming work time: 1 month
Invoice period: 0.5 month
Certification Time: 0.5 month
Contingency Time: 1 month
Therefore, the minimum required liquid asset will be Tk 4 Cr., i.e. 3 months cash flow based on the above assumptions.]
