It's the race-ready version of the Tamiya Stadium Blitzer, it's the Futaba FXT!

Introduced in 1990 (ish) and designed by Futaba with a major assist from Tamiya to be a premium version of the Stadium Blitzer. It's got some race-bred DNA including an RC-10T inspired chassis, oil shocks, independent suspension and aggressive tires.
