Club Night is for all ages and skill levels – from absolute beginners to experienced racers.
It’s a fun, family-friendly night of:

Practice laps
Gates and skill sessions
Friendly racing in age/ability groups
Coaching tips and support from experienced riders and club members
👥 How to Participate on Tuesday Nights
Arrive & Sign In

Head to the clubrooms beside the track.
Sign in at the registration desk.
Let them know if you’re new or trying BMX for the first time.
Race Fees

Members: small race/practice fee per rider (club sets the amount).
Non-members / trial riders: casual fee applies.
EFTPOS / cash options may be available (check latest info on the club Facebook or website).
Safety Gear Required You must have:

Full-face helmet (hire may be available at the club)
Long-sleeve top and long pants
Gloves
Closed shoes
BMX race bike or suitable BMX (no pegs; front and rear brakes preferred).
If you don’t have gear, ask at the club – some loan gear/bikes may be available for new riders.
On-Track

Warm-up laps and practice from 5:30pm.
Racing or structured activities usually start shortly after sign-in closes.
Riders are grouped by age and/or ability so everyone has a good time.

To become a member of North Harbour BMX Club:

Go to BMX New Zealand online membership (or check North Harbour BMX website/Facebook for the current membership link).
Select North Harbour BMX Club as your club.
Choose the membership that suits you:
Sprocket (for young riders)
Challenge (standard race licence)
Club / Associate membership (check current options)
Complete registration and payment online.
Once confirmed, you’re officially a North Harbour BMX Club member and can:

Enter race meets/events
Access coaching and club activities (as offer
