The album explores my experience and poetry and fiction in the quest of gemstones and the best music I could possibly make. The music is hiphop and indie rock combined with dazzle from EDM. That would be my best guess of genre. The “album” as I use it above refers to the lyrics in the songs, but only when put to music does it reach its full potential. There is a fair amount of guitar shredding as well. I put a lot of distortion into this album. That said, I can’t play all day like I once could. I have big issues with my left hand, and really the whole left side of my body. Itchy ear, left foot, leg, arm, Some of my original videos were about my chronic SI joint back pain. I went to over 10 doctors for help. The SI joint pain after 10 years or so left. I have to accept the premise of John E Sarno M.D.’s book, Healing Back Pain: The Mind-Body Connection, to be 100% correct–even when the solution is much more abstract and rooted in complex philosophies of interpretation and knowledge instead of a simple narrative.
